A team from Axiomatics is currently in Boston to exhibit and speak at Identiverse 2018 (formerly known as Cloud Identity Summit).
People, applications and devices are gravitating toward a digital world where they all recognize and interact with each other. This digital world is being built on a foundation of identity security designed by a community of people with a shared vision, from technologists and practitioners to thought leaders and end users. What started eight years ago as the Cloud Identity Summit has evolved to something much bigger. It lives and breathes every day. And once a year it really shines. It summons the brightest minds in identity and security to gather and share the tools, technology and best practices that are built for today and the future.
Join David Brossard and Gerry Gebel for a presentation on enhancing API Security in the Solutions Theater on Tuesday at 12:20pm. A new feature for this event, the Solutions Theater takes place in the expo hall and provides audiences with wireless multi-listener headphones, similar to a “silent disco.”
Visit our booth, #415, for demos, giveaways, enter our drawing for a grand prize, and to stop and charge any of your devices.
If you’d like to schedule a meeting with us at Identiverse in advance, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We hope to see you there!
Solutions Theater: “API Security: When OAuth and OIDC Aren’t Enough”
Gerry Gebel, VP Business Development
David Brossard, VP Customer Relations
Tuesday, June 26th @ 12:20pm
Gerry Gebel and David Brossard will share the basics of extending authentication protocols like OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect with attribute-based access control (ABAC). Many API Security standards are complementary, and can be used individually or in concert for comprehensive access control to applications that are built using microservice and API approaches. David and Gerry will show you how these security standards work together in addressing requirements that are difficult or impossible to meet by using OAuth or OIDC alone.
Don’t miss this session! Attendees will also receive a comprehensive Technical ViewPoint outlining these scenarios.
