Babak Sadighi
Chief Executive Officer
Founder and CEO, Babak Sadighi earned his PhD in Computer Science from Imperial College, London. Prior to Axiomatics, Babak lead the Security, Policy and Trust research laboratory at the Swedish Institute of Computer Science. Babak has several years of experience in the fields of access control and authorization management. Babak led several R&D projects in collaboration with industry leading organizations and he has a number of international publications in his specified field. He is also a program committee member of several international workshops and conferences in the security and policy management field.

Erik Rissanen
Chief Technology Officer
Founder and CTO, Erik Rissanen has an M.Sc in computer science from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and an M.Sc in economics from Stockholm School of Economics. Erik has many years of research and development experience and several international publications in the field of access control and authorization management. Erik has been a member of the XACML Technical Committee since 2004, where he is the editor of the XACML 3.0 specification.

Finn Frisch
Business Development
Finn Frisch is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) with more than 20 years of experience in the field of information security. At Axiomatics, Finn heads strategic planning and business development efforts. Prior to joining Axiomatics, he held management positions in companies such as RSA Security, FoxT and Deloitte Enterprise Risk Services. Finn has completed his Masters at the Freie Universitat Berlin and Gothenburg University, Sweden

Gerry Gebel
President, Axiomatics Americas
As president, Gerry Gebel is responsible for sales, customer support, marketing, and business development for the Americas region. In addition, he will contribute to product strategy and manage partner relationships for Axiomatics. Prior to joining Axiomatics, Gerry was vice president and service director for Burton Group’s identity management practice. He covered topics such as authorization, federation, identity and access governance, user provisioning and other IdM topics. In 2007, he facilitated the first ever XACML interoperability demonstration at the Catalyst conference. In addition, Gerry has nearly 15 years experience in the financial services industry including architecture development, engineering, integration, and support of Internet, distributed, and mainframe systems.

Pablo Giambiagi
VP Strategic Research
Pablo Giambiagi joined Axiomatics in August, 2008 and is managing the development of the Axiomatics Policy Auditor, a tool for governance, risk and compliance management (GRCM) involving the formal analysis of policies. Pablo earned his M.Phil in Computer Science from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Stockholm. Pablo has previously worked as a researcher and project manager at the Swedish Institute of Computer Science (SICS) in areas such as formal models of security, information flow, and formal verification of access control policies. Pablo has several international publications in the field of security.

Per Eliasson
VP Engineering
Per Eliasson, MSc., VP Engineering, has the overall responsibility for Axiomatics engineering teams and coordinates development efforts across Axiomatics development centers. Per also has an important role in Axiomatics Product Management and roadmap planning. Before joining Axiomatics, Per already had a broad engineering and product management experience from global information security related software vendors such as such as RSA Security, TFS Technology and FoxT. Before joining Axiomatics, Per was the VP of Engineering at FoxT. Per is a graduate of Uppsala University and has served in various management roles in companies.

Andreas Sjöholm
Product Development and Management
Andreas Sjöholm joined Axiomatics in 2007 as a product developer. He is currently managing the development of Axiomatics products. Andreas completed his M.Sc in communication technology, security and software design from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Stockholm.

David Brossard
Solutions Architect & Pre-Sales
David joined Axiomatics in January 2010 to focus on customer deployments and pre-sales. Previously, he had worked for 5 years at BT (British Telecom) in the United Kingdom in the Security Architectures Center. His main area of expertise is SOA security and governance. David has published several papers and contributed to several books on the topic of SOA security and governance.
David holds a Master's of Engineering from the French National Institute of Applied Sciences, INSA Lyon. He is also a Sun Certified Architect (SCEA) and a Certified Security Testing Professional (CSTP).
