Support

The Axiomatics Customer Support Function provides services for customers with the appropriate support agreement.

We offer the following support packages:

  • Around the clock support with a dedicated technical account manager.
  • Full support during normal working hours and e-mail support outside these hours.
  • Developer support for SOA developers implementing XACML in applications and services
  • Third-line support for partners and service providers sublicensing the Axiomatics Policy Server

For customers using Axiomatics Policy Server or other Axiomatics software delivered by a third-party service provider, first-line support will be provided by your vendor.

The most efficient way to contact Axiomatics Customer Support is to register a Support Case on the support site  http://support.axiomatics.com where all our customers are provided with an account.
