Delegent 2.0 has the following components:

PAP — an graphical Policy Administration Point
PEP simulation — a tool for simulating a PEP by sending requests to a PDP

XACML is one of the basic security components in Service Oriented Architecture and Web-Services. Its purpose is to standardise fine-grained authorizations to be shared by applications in a computerised environment. XACML 3.0 is leading to its final draft within the XACML committee at OASIS.
