Authorization management is a key component of modern identity management infrastructures and enables organizations to securely control access to sensitive resources. Extensible Access Control Markup (XACML) is the OASIS standard for expressing authorization policies and making access decisions. XACML is a mature standard and is becoming broadly adopted in the industry. This half-day workshop will provide attendees with all the basic knowledge necessary to become familiar with the XACML standard as well as how it can be implemented in various usage scenarios.
